Post-Secondary Education Account

As part of the Singapore Government’s efforts to encourage every Singaporean to complete their post-secondary education, the Post-Secondary Education Account (PSEA) is opened automatically for all eligible Singapore Citizens and administered by the Ministry of Education.

Students can withdraw their PSEA funds by submitting this form to the Division of Finance located at Block E Level 2. For more information, please visit here or contact [email protected].
