Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy
Administered by Yayasan Mendaki, the Tertiary Tuition Fee Subsidy (TTFS) is for Singaporean Malay students who are pursuing their first full-time Diploma or BA (Hons) studies under the MOE Tuition Grant. Those with Malay as their first component race of a double-barrelled race (ie. Malay-Indian or Malay-Chinese) are also eligible for the scheme. The TTFS covers only tuition fees (either in full or partially). Students are liable for the balance of tuition fees (if applicable) as well as miscellaneous costs, student insurance and art materials.
