Tuition Fee Loan and Study Loan

The Tuition Fee Loan (MOE TFL) and Study Loan (MOE SL) which are funded by the government and administered by DBS Bank are extended to eligible students who are pursuing MOE-subsidised undergraduate and diploma programmes in LASALLE.

Higher Education Student Loan

From 1 July 2026, the new Higher Education Student Loan (HESL) scheme will be implemented to provide loans to eligible students who are pursuing MOE-subsidised undergraduate and diploma programmes in LASALLE. It will replace the Tuition Fee Loan (MOE TFL) and Study Loan (MOE SL) which will be merged under the new loan scheme.

CPF Education Loan Scheme

The CPF Education Loan Scheme is a loan scheme where the total amount withdrawn for tuition fees plus accrued interest has to be repaid in full with cash. Repayment will start one year after date of graduation or date of leaving the institution, whichever is earlier.

Students taking a full-time government subsidised course leading to a diploma or degree may apply for a loan from your own or your parent’s CPF savings to pay your tuition fees.
