Peter Seah has been Chairman of LASALLE College of the Arts since November 2007.

He is Chairman of DBS Group Holdings and Singapore Airlines. He is also a Director of GIC Private Ltd and a member of the Council of Presidential Advisors.

Peter was President and Chief Executive Officer of Singapore Technologies Pte Ltd, Chairman of Singapore Technologies Engineering Ltd and Sembcorp Industries Ltd. He was Chairman of Singapore Health Services Pte Ltd until 2021. He served on the Temasek Advisory Panel until 2010.

Peter was a career banker for 32 years, retiring as Vice Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Overseas Union Bank in 2001.

Peter graduated from the University of Singapore in 1968 with an Honours degree in Business Administration. He was awarded the Order of Nila Utama (With Distinction) in 2021, the Distinguished Service Order in 2012 and the Public Service Star in 1999 by the Singapore government.
