Rachel is a practicing art therapist with over a decade of clinical experience specialising in trauma, grief and loss, and identity work with women and children. She brings her clinical expertise into educational practice with the MA Art Therapy programme at LASALLE.

Her therapeutic approach integrates art therapy informed by neuroscience using meditation, art-making and movement to facilitate healing through the body-mind connection. Since establishing her private practice in 2016, Rachel has collaborated with organisations and voluntary welfare agencies while serving two terms as president of the Art Therapists' Association (Singapore).

Rachel is deeply passionate about supporting women and adolescents through developmental and situational life transitions, utilising art, connection, empathy and moments of shared humanity. Her research interests include transgenerational trauma, women's life stages and the healing capacity of art to nurture the inherent resilience of the human spirit.
