Design Studio 25 is an independent, multidisciplinary creative agency. Our portfolio spans different design disciplines and focuses on unconventional ideas with meticulous attention to craft, encompassing graphics and identity, strategy and positioning, fashion design and communication, product innovation and spatial environments, digital experiences, fashion editorials and typefaces. Our 40 partners are designers with diverse research interests and professional practices. Our aim is to foster new ways of thinking, doing and learning in design, through design and by design and in doing so, inspire audiences across cultures and communities. |

Cross-pollination: Fashion DiasporasFri 17 Jan, 1:00pm – 6:00pm Gallery 1 |
Explore the influence of diasporic cultures on fashion through the lens of our students’ heritage at this cross-disciplinary exhibition. Inspired by the Musuem at FIT’s Africa’s Fashion Disapora’s exhibition, BA (Hons) Fashion Design and Textiles, BA (Hons) Fashion Media and Industries and BA (Hons) Fine Arts students have developed original textiles, garments, eyewear, visuals and artworks. Witness their creative interpretations of sub-themes like ‘Mothers and Motherlands’ and ‘Monumental Cloth’. The showcase also features works by FIT fashion students who engaged in creative exchanges with LASALLE’s fashion students. |
